Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in a product-specific agreement.
Digital Service Refunds
Digital services are generally non-refundable once activated. Where product-specific terms provide for refunds, those terms apply.
Event-Related Refunds
Refunds for event tickets and event-related services follow the organiser's published terms and any applicable platform rules.
Implementation Project Terms
Custom implementation engagements are governed by the signed statement of work, which sets out milestones, payment schedules and cancellation terms.

To request a refund, email aladdindigitalads@gmail.com with the order or engagement reference and reason for the request.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days depending on the payment method and provider.
